Our mission is to empower youths to take charge of their lives, help them develop leadership skills, and promote positivity. Hence, the family unit and the community will be strengthened.
About us
ACE Youth Empowerment and Mentoring Inc was founded in 2020 by Azer Delva. While working as a Juvenile Probation Officer, Mr. Delva saw the need for a mentoring program that would empower youth to take charge of their lives now and beyond and equip them to be pillars in their respective communities.

What we do
Our programs serve male and female clients ages 13-18 and their parents/guardians. Each program lasts eight weeks, and it’s designed to empower the youths and teach them problem-solving skills, stress management skills, practical communication skills, decision-making skills, leadership skills, and time management skills. The mentors and facilitators will teach, and model expected behaviors in harmony with our values: respect, integrity, and accountability.

Youth empowerment is a process where young people are motivated to take charge of their lives. They do this by addressing their circumstances and then improving their access to resources, which helps transform their perspectives by building upon their beliefs, values, and attitudes.

Crime Reduction
Empowerment ensures that youth has the necessary skill to sustain a livelihood, preventing him/her from adopting the path of crime. Crime affects the youth at an inherent level. It is easy for a young impressionable mind to get entrapped in anti-social activities because he/she was not empowered morally, academically, and financially. Empowerment enables a young mind to differentiate the wrong from the right, thus decreasing further involvement with the criminal justice system.
Improved Behavior
Youth empowerment can help decrease delinquent behaviors and encourage them to become positive role models amongst their peers.
Positive Perspective of Education
Empowerment can help youth understand the importance of education, leading to community social improvement. When a youth is empowered, he/she understands the importance of education and is motivated to succeed academically
Decrease the likelihood of Poverty
Youth empowerment can help reduce the poverty rate to a significant level. One of the keys to empowering the youth is with skill development. When a youth is equipped with essential skills, he/she can utilize them to feed, assist others, and even invest in the community economically. In turn, this will contribute to the increase in employability and add to the community’s development.
